CHOP Center for Childhood Communication: Asking Questions, Making Connections

Parents and caregivers of children newly diagnosed with hearing loss are invited to participate in our CCC Family Workshop, virtual edition.

Veteran families of children with hearing loss as well as CCC staff will attend to provide information and support.

Registered participants will receive a link in advance of the webinar to view videos from professionals in the fields of audiology, speech-language pathology, and early intervention/early childhood education.

Name(s) of parents/caregivers attending

Name(s) of child(ren) with hearing loss, whether they are CCC patients

Home address – if you would like to receive a snack pack of local favorites

Requests for language interpreter or captioning services, and/or other accommodations, must be received 2 weeks in advance of webinar.
