Department of Human Services Community Deaf/HoH Sensitivity Training

The Department of Human Services’ Division of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing is hosting open Deaf and Hard of Hearing Sensitivity Trainings on May 23, 2024, from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
These trainings are open to the public, and are especially beneficial for professionals, healthcare providers, government agencies, and many other organizations. DDHH’s goal is to provide information on deaf and hard of hearing culture, common challenges, and strategies for effective communication with deaf and hard of hearing individuals.
