In Their Own Signs: An International Drama By Deaf Refugees and Immigrants

Our Deaf refugees/immigrants will be telling their stories in drama form. We also hope to show the documentary from Joel Barish of DeafNation highlighting the plight of the deaf Rohingya refugees from Myanmar in a camp in Bangladesh.
This is an opportunity to experience what many people in the world experience as they search for a safe place to live for themselves and their families. You will have an opportunity to ask questions of the group.
We will be sitting six feet apart with masks required inside and refreshments will be outside under the Portico. We will have English, Arabic, and Spanish interpreters available.
