Mindfulness at the Museum

Mindfulness at the Museum is a series of guided meditation sessions facilitated by skilled holistic practitioners designed to teach participants how to become in tune with the present. Mindfulness meditation can help reduce stress, foster compassion and improve memory. Each encounter is unique from the last, drawing synthesis between the mind and body, leaving participants equipped with knowledge on how to lead a balanced life. In light of the global pandemic we are experiencing the sessions will take place online to continue to provide a space for reflection and an opportunity for collective exchanges.
