Thanks to support from The Darlin Family Fund and other generous supporters, DHCC is again offering Signing Santa for Deaf, hard of hearing, and DeafBlind children in the Philadelphia region. Last year, we had 4 Signing Santas representing diverse backgrounds of our community traveling over 1,800 miles giving over 200 children the gift of a COVID-safe visit from Santa!
