Domonic is a Deaf Philadelphia native working to make a difference in the lives of Deaf children. After winning the NAD Youth Ambassador Program, Domonic returned to Philadelphia where he is currently working on developing and expanding his youth mentorship program.

DHCC accomplishes our mission through communication access services, education and advocacy. We advocate for Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals to help them gain communication access to services, businesses, educational institutions and their own places of employment.
