Teraca Florence

Teraca is a Deaf resident of Philadelphia who has made a career out of advocacy. As a mental health case worker, Teraca works with people in all parts of the city. She believes the Philadelphia Deaf community is one of the most unique and culturally rich communities she has lived and worked in.
